A rare opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor (up to 2 years’ PQE) to join a specialist team handling complex and high-value injury claims in Glasgow. Working alongside experienced litigators, you’ll gain exposure to technically challenging cases while building your expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role
As a Personal Injury Solicitor in Glasgow, you will assist on and manage a varied caseload of complex claims including motor, employer liability and public liability matters, as well as other sensitive and high-value cases.
You will support senior colleagues on large and multi-track claims while also developing responsibility for your own files. Responsibilities will include carrying out investigations, reviewing medical evidence, taking witness statements and preparing legal documentation.
You will liaise closely with clients, ensuring matters are handled proactively and in line with court timetables and client expectations. The role will also involve assisting with litigation processes, procedural hearings and working with Counsel where required.
About you
This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:
- Is NQ–2 years’ PQE with exposure to personal injury litigation
- Has an interest in complex or higher-value claims
- Is organised and able to manage competing deadlines
- Communicates clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment
- Is motivated to develop specialist expertise in personal injury law
