SSE plc is seeking a Group Safety, Health and Environment Director to lead the function and set the Group-wide SHE strategy, policy and management-system framework. You will work with the Board and Executive Committee to embed SHE in strategy, operations and partnerships while driving resilience across the organisation.

You will champion governance, assurance and learning, turning incidents into lasting improvements and ensuring regulator readiness across major projects and contractors.
