Operational Resilience Consultant Location: UK Wide – Hybrid Salary: £60,000 – £105,000 + bonus & benefits Who you'll be working with A leading consultancy is looking for an Operational Resilience Consultant to join its Digital Trust and Cyber Security team. You'll work with clients across a range of sectors, helping them identify vulnerabilities and build resilience across people, technology, third parties, security and critical business services. What you'll be doing Assessing end-to-end operations and identifying resilience risks. Developing and implementing operational resilience strategies. Working across Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, IT Resilience and Third Party Risk. Advising clients on regulatory and industry requirements. Managing client stakeholders and contributing to workshops and presentations. Supporting the development of the wider Operational Resilience practice. What we need 3+ years' experience across Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Technology Risk, IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery or related areas. Strong understanding of how IT supports critical business operations. Experience managing stakeholders in a client-facing environment. Knowledge of relevant resilience, risk or security standards. COBIT / ITIL knowledge is beneficial. Financial Services experience is advantageous but not essential. BCI, DRI, CISSP or IRM qualifications are desirable.
