The Role As a Maths Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with experienced teachers and support students across KS3 and KS4. You'll help bring Maths to life in the classroom while supporting students who may need extra encouragement, challenge, or guidance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting students during engaging Maths lessons Working one-to-one and in small groups to boost confidence and attainment Helping students prepare for GCSE Maths exams and revision sessions Encouraging positive learning behaviours and classroom participation Supporting students with additional learning needs where required Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities Building positive relationships with students and staff Gaining invaluable school-based experience ahead of teacher training Who the School is Looking For The school is keen to hear from enthusiastic and motivated graduates who are genuinely passionate about education and supporting young people.
