Job Title: Site Civil Supervisor

Location: Hornsea 3, Norwich (100% onsite. No home office)

Duration: 6 months+ extendable contract

Working hours: 10 hours a day / 50 hours a week

Job Description

• Looking for experienced construction professional (Supervisor level)
• Must have heavy construction experience
• Preferred background: Reinforced concrete, Steel structures / industrial construction, Large-scale infrastructure projects
• Site-based supervisory role (not managerial, but leadership needed)
• Candidate will act as “eyes and ears” on site
• Strong focus on: Health & Safety (critical), Construction coordination, QA/QC inspections (hands-on involvement required)
• Certifications Required: CSCS Card – Mandatory, SMSTS – Preferred (bonus), Standard site certifications sufficient
• Coordinate the daily construction activities at the project site with the objective of ensuring all activities comply with project quality plan, specifications and site program.
• Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. xkybehq
• Candidates must have a history of heavy civils not domestic building history
• Responsible for managing and coordinating all Builders’ Work elements with Subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, QA requirements, and Health & Safety obligations.
