Head of FP&A

Backed by a global growth fund and recently named in the Financial Times' fastest-growing 100.THE ROLEFirst Head of FP&A, building the function from a standing start. You will be the right hand to the CFO and the commercial sparring partner to the category MDs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Build and own the rolling 18-month forecast, three-year plan and board pack.• Recruit and develop a team of three over 12 months (Senior FP&A Manager + 2 analysts).• Partner with category MDs on pricing, channel mix and marketing ROI.• Own the investment case for new market entry (Germany and the Nordics).• Implement a modern planning tool (Pigment or Anaplan — open).• Present monthly to the executive committee and contribute to investor updates.RequirementsESSENTIAL• Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA) OR ex-banking / strategy consulting with strong finance grounding.• 8+ years experience including a senior FP&A role in a high-growth consumer or DTC business.• Outstanding modeller — you can build a clean, board-grade three-statement model from scratch.• Strong commercial storyteller — can translate numbers into clear strategic recommendations.• Experience selecting and implementing a modern planning tool.DESIRABLE• Prior experience standing up an FP&A function.• Multi-market, multi-currency exposure.• Looker / Power BI fluency.WHAT'S ON OFFER• Base salary 110,000 – 130,000.• 20% bonus + share options.• Private medical, 8% pension, 27 days holiday + summer Fridays.• Hybrid — 3 days in the London HQ (Soho).PROCESSConsultant call CFO call modelling case study panel with CEO and category MD offer.
