About the role
EJ Legal is seeking a corporate lawyer with 3–6 PQE to join its in-house private equity team in Brighton. You will lead buy-side workstreams across 10–15 bolt-on deals annually and play a meaningful role on 4–5 platform deals, drafting key agreements and structuring deals for founder-friendly outcomes.
You’ll sit with the founders and deal team, attending investment committees and contributing from day one. This role emphasizes speed, trust, and practical execution over rigid legal point-scoring.
