Compliance Officer / Quality Assurance Officer About Swift Switch We're a growing utilities consultancy based in Shoreditch, helping businesses make smarter choices across utilities including energy, payments, telecoms, waste management and water. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Compliance Officer / Quality Assurance Officer to help maintain high sales standards, support supplier relationships and build our internal quality assurance function. The Role This role is combining sales quality assurance, compliance monitoring and supplier relationship management. You'll be responsible for auditing sales calls, identifying compliance risks, investigating complaints and helping improve sales quality across the business. You'll also act as a key point of contact for suppliers, managing relationships, resolving issues and supporting operational processes. Requirements What You'll Do Audit sales calls and monitor compliance standards Identify risks, trends and potential mis-selling issues Investigate customer complaints and provide feedback to management Produce compliance and quality assurance reports Support improvements to sales quality and customer outcomes Manage supplier relationships and communications Handle supplier queries, escalations and operational issues What We're Looking For Experience in Quality Assurance, Sales Compliance, Call Auditing or a similar role Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Utilities experience desirable but not essential Experience within a sales or regulated environment is advantageous Benefits Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE Shoreditch office with a lively, social culture Regular team events and socials Ongoing training and development Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm
