An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer to join a growing Facilities Management team supporting a portfolio of high-profile sites across Northern Ireland. The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of refrigeration and HVAC systems while ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across commercial refrigeration plant
• Working on refrigeration pack systems and associated controls
• Completing minor installations, alterations and remedial works
• Responding to service requests and breakdowns efficiently
• Managing maintenance documentation and asset records
• Liaising with helpdesk teams, clients and subcontractors
• Supporting surveys and identifying equipment requiring replacement or upgrades

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration / Air Conditioning
• F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079)
• Experience working within commercial refrigeration environments
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good communication and customer-facing skills

Desirable

• IPAF
• CAFM system experience
• Experience working across multi-site portfolios
