Telesales Executive

Our client is a well established and successful manufacturer. They are looking for a confident and experienced sales person to join them as Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Executive. Your job will be to contact potential new customers, create new business, and promote the company products. Salary: £28,668 basic + Quarterly Team Bonus Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 1:30pm Friday PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: * You have at least 3 years solid experience of cold calling, and are capable of handling rejection positively * You are an experienced Telesales person, with experience of new business development * Experience of working to, and hitting sales targets in a sales team environment * Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen carefully and respond accordingly * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone * Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint and Word * Familiarity with CRM Software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools * Full UK Driving License with own transport * Grade 4+ in English and Maths Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing the products and services with confidence and clarity * Identify potential customer needs and tailor the pitch to demonstrate value effectively * Maintain detailed records of all interactions within the CRM software, including Salesforce, ensuring accurate follow-up actions * Qualify leads by assessing client interest and readiness to engage further with offerings * Upselling when an opportunity arises * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and improving outreach effectiveness This roles would suit someone who has previously had a similar job title, such as; Business to Business Telesales Executive / B2B Telemarketer / Telemarketing Executive / Sales Representative / Sales Consultant / Business Development Executive / BDE / Account Manager / Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager / Sales Coordinator / similar cold calling sales role
