Mechanical Project Manager – London – Commercial Fit Out & Refurbishment We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of a reputable and established M&E Contractor based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing contractor delivering high-profile Commercial, Retail, and Leisure projects across London. The successful Mechanical Project Manager will take overall responsibility for the delivery of mechanical packages on commercial fit out and refurbishment projects, managing programmes, subcontractors, site teams, and client relationships from pre-construction through to handover. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Mechanical Site Manager, ensuring projects are running to programme, budgets are maintained, and all mechanical works are delivered safely and to a high standard. We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Project Manager with strong experience delivering Commercial, Retail, and Leisure projects within the M&E sector. The ideal Mechanical Project Manager will have excellent leadership skills and a proven track record managing mechanical projects successfully.
