Product Management Specialist (Maternity Cover) 📍 Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire (CV35 0RR) ⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week 📅 Contract: Until 26 July 2027 💷 Rate: Up to £35.78 per hour (Umbrella) We are seeking an experienced Product Management Specialist to join a leading automotive organisation on a maternity cover contract. This role will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from strategy and planning through to delivery and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will analyse market trends, identify customer needs, define product features, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative product solutions. You will also provide product expertise to support key business decisions and future product direction. Key Responsibilities: Manage product lifecycle activities from concept to launch and beyond. Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, commercial and stakeholder teams. Lead complex projects with minimal supervision. Support and mentor junior team members where required. Drive product strategy, innovation and continuous improvement.About You: Proven experience in Product Management or Product Strategy. Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills. Ability to solve complex problems and influence decision-making. Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
