Role Summary
The site supervisor is responsible for the day to day running of the Huddersfield site (including all of its tenants). This includes general everyday maintenance, compliance with H&S regulations and project work as and when required.
Key duties:
Responsibility for ensuring the Huddersfield site is maintained to a high standard
To follow all H&S guidelines to ensure that the site is operating at a safe and compliant level
To support the Organisation Support Manager and Finance Manager with all site related projects.
Provide support to the Organisation Support and Site Facilities team
Key Responsibilities
To ensure the site is operating safely
To ensure that all site risk assessments are kept up to date and reviewed regularly.
To ensure that all monthly, quarterly and yearly checks are done on time and any issues which arise are rectified quickly.
The jobholder has a responsibility to coach, manage and motivate their team in order to reach their full potential.
Requirements
Experience of working on a site with a variety of businesses
Experience of maintaining site facilities and units
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships both with internal teams and external customers
Ability to work as part of team and on own initiative.
