About the role
Sisk Group in Belfast is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across the organization. You will partner closely with senior management to align workforce strategies with business objectives and improve employee engagement and performance.
The role requires extensive HR experience, a solid understanding of employment law, and the ability to facilitate change management initiatives effectively. A CIPD qualification is desirable for this position, which offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
