DescriptionFuse Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy - fast. We raised $210M from top-tier investors including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group and strategic angels like Nico Rosberg, the Co-Founder of Solana and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify, Uber and more.We’re creating a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and hydrogen projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers.But we’re not stopping there. We’re also building the Energy Network: a decentralised platform of smart devices to electrify our homes, shifting usage to off-peak hours and helping balance the grid. This network strengthens grid stability - a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.We are looking for an exceptionally driven and ambitious individual to work directly with the CEO on the most complex and impactful problems across Fuse. The ideal candidate is an independent operator who can execute at high intensity, break down difficult problems, and move rapidly from strategy to implementation. Responsibilities:You will work directly with the CEO across product, trading, strategy, finance, operations, and new business lines. This includes structuring problems, executing solutions, and driving critical initiatives end-to-end.Examples of what you’ll work on:Supporting product and commercial strategy across existing and new product linesAnalysing trading, supply economics, and operational bottlenecksLeading scoping and modelling for new markets, products, or regulatory environmentsSupporting renewable build-out strategy and evaluating development opportunitiesDesigning pricing, forecasting, and business modelsPreparing materials and insights for CEO-level decisionsNegotiating with strategic partners and supporting key commercial relationshipsOwning high-priority special projects and cross-functional initiativesRequirementsBachelor’s degree from a top university in STEM with coding or analytical experienceDemonstrated track record of exceptional achievementAbility to break down complex problems and execute quicklyComfortable learning fast, switching contexts, and working with limited guidanceCapable of working independently or with cross-functional teamsRelentless, detail-oriented, and highly operational mindsetBenefitsCompetitive salary and an equity sign-on bonusBiannual bonus schemeFully expensed tech to match your needsPaid annual leaveBreakfast and dinner allowance for office based employeesJob SummaryID: D1150E2D86Department:Type: full time
