We are currently recruiting for a Director of Central Reservations to lead our Central Reservations Team overlooking The Landmark London Hotel, Royal Lancaster London Hotel, Hotel Indigo London K West, 15 Basil Street apartments and Fountain House apartments.
This is a key leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, revenue performance, and delivering a seamless guest booking experience across all our properties. The successful candidate will lead and support the team, ensuring high performance, consistency, and exceptional service standards. This role w ill be located at The Landmark London Hotel, opposite Marylebone station and a short walk from Baker Street and Edgware Road stations.

We are currently looking for a passionate Director of Central Reservations , to join our Central Reservations Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Director of Central Reservations , your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
Lead, motivate, and develop the Central Reservations Team to deliver exceptional service and performance
Drive revenue optimisation through effective inventory management, upselling, conversion strategies, and rate control
Ensure consistency and efficiency in reservations processes and guest communication across all properties
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators including conversion rates, call quality, booking pace, and revenue performance
Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, and Marketing teams to support commercial objectives
Maintain high standards of guest service, ensuring all enquiries and bookings are handled professionally and efficiently
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational enhancement
Recruit, coach, and support team members through regular training and performance development
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven leadership experience within hotel reservations or central reservations operations
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue management principles
Experience managing multi property or cluster reservations operations within hospitality
Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and implement improvements
Experience using hotel PMS ( Opera Cloud) and reservations systems
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
