£52,500 - £60,000 Basic Salary + KPI Bonus Scheme (up to £6,000 per annum) + Company Van & Benefits

Are you an experienced Commercial Gas Safe Engineer with strong plant room experience looking to join a growing and specialist engineering business working within the heat network and communal heating sector?

We are seeking a Commercial Gas Safe Plant Room Engineer to support a growing portfolio of sites across London and the Home Counties. This is a priority hire due to increased demand and a need for greater coverage across West London.

The Role

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a variety of commercial plant room systems, ensuring critical heating and energy infrastructure remains operational.

Duties will include:

• Commercial gas servicing and maintenance
• Plant room fault finding and repairs
• Planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
• Breakdown response and reactive maintenance
• Working on pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, heat exchangers and associated plant
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and control faults
• Producing accurate service reports and compliance documentation
