Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact for new enquiries via telephone, email and online channels.
* Qualifying enquiries, gathering relevant information and directing individuals to the appropriate services.
* Managing appointment bookings, schedules and confirmations, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
* Following up enquiries, nurturing leads and maintaining regular communication to maximise appointment conversions.
* Discussing services and associated costs in a professional and confident manner.
* Maintaining accurate records of enquiries, appointments and interactions using internal systems.
* Delivering outstanding customer service by responding to questions and resolving issues promptly.
* Producing regular reports and providing updates to the management team.
* Supporting administrative activities, record keeping and event coordination when required.
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Previous experience within a customer service, administration, coordination, bookings or client-facing role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Ability to work independently whilst also contributing positively within a team environment.
* Proactive, positive and solution-focused approach.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
* Experience working in a professional service-led environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
