HR Business Partner - Permanent - Belfast MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global tech firm based in Belfast who are looking to add an HR Business Partner to their team, in this newly created position. The role: Working closely with senior HR leadership, you'll support the operational HR function across multiple countries and business units, helping drive consistency, process improvement and day-to-day people operations across a global workforce. The main responsibilities: Supporting HR operations across multiple global locations. Managing onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes. Coordinating annual performance review campaigns. Supporting recruitment activity and HR administration. Assisting with payroll coordination and compliance processes. Improving HR systems and operational processes. Supporting managers and employees across a global business. The ideal candidate: Strong generalist HR experience in an NI organisation. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational role. Tech/software industry exposure highly desirable.
