About the role

We are working with a leading plastic injection moulding manufacturer that is looking to appoint a Graduate Launch Engineer to join its New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineering graduate to develop their career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting the launch of new vehicle programmes for premium automotive customers. Graduate Launch Engineer Permanent Salary dependent on experience Working hours – Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week Based in Pickering   Graduate Launch Engineer Job Description Support the delivery of new product introduction programs across multiple automotive projects Investigate and resolve technical, dimensional, and fitment issues using structured problem-solving techniques Assist with prototype and pre-production build activities, including quality checks and customer shipments Participating in project reviews and customer meetings, providing updates on programs progress and key milestones Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and action plansGraduate Launch Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent experience within an engineering-related discipline Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and solve technical challenges Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; Project and Minitab experience would be advantageous Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when requiredIf you feel you're a good fit for this position, please click 'apply
