This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to contribute to the effective delivery of HR functions. This role is based in London and will involve supporting a range of HR processes and initiatives.

A higher education provider based in Central London, working on a hybrid basis.
Description
Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes.
Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
Analyse HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
Assist in the development of training programmes to support staff development.Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
Experience in a generalist HR role with strong experience of ER.
A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage employee relations and provide sound advice.
Experience in recruitment and talent management processes.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.Job Offer
A salary of £40,000-£42,000 - hourly rate equivalent to start with.
A temporary to permanent contract with the opportunity to work in a professional and supportive environment.
