Administrative Assistant Bridgwater | £13.50 per hour | 37 Hours per Week | Temporary | Minimum 5-Month Contract Introduction Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support general administrative tasks within production, order processing and finance in Bridgwater. This is a minimum five-month contract with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate. Immediate starts are available. What We Offer £13.50 per hour. Minimum five-month contract with potential for permanent employment. Monday to Thursday, 8am-4:30pm. Friday, 8am-1pm. 37 hours per week. Early finish on Fridays. Immediate start available. Key Duties Provide administrative support to the Senior Financial/Accounts team. Enter sales orders accurately onto the internal system. Run and maintain the in-house daily order system. Process credit notes and supplier invoices. Support other areas of the business when required. Progress into additional responsibilities as experience develops. Requirements Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. Experience in credit control is desirable. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Good team-working skills and a flexible approach. Interested?
