cer Financial working alongside an accounting firm who are based in London. They are seeking an M&A Tax Associate Director to work with them on a permanent basis.

The responsibilities will include:

• Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence and M&A tax structuring.
• Advise private equity and corporate clients on tax implications throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Manage client relationships, meetings and transaction deliverables.
• Review tax reports, financial models and legal transaction documentation.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Drive business development, prepare proposals and build client relationships.
• Manage project budgets, billing and deadlines.

The successful candidate:

• ACA, CA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification.
• Strong UK tax technical knowledge and advisory experience.
• Experience in UK corporation tax, M&A tax and/or tax due diligence.
• Proven client management and project leadership skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
