You'll engage with customers through outbound and inbound conversations, helping them renew contracts, understand available services, and identify solutions that best meet their needs. This isn't a hard-sales environment. Success comes from building trust, understanding customer requirements, and delivering an excellent experience while achieving commercial objectives. You'll be responsible for: Speaking with existing customers regarding contract renewals and service agreements Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services where appropriate Handling customer enquiries and guiding customers through available options Building strong relationships through professional phone and email communication Resolving customer queries and ensuring a positive customer experience Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business goals Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems Supporting contract administration activities to ensure a smooth customer journey Continuously developing your skills and contributing to a positive team culture Who We're Looking For We're keen to hear from people who enjoy talking to customers and are motivated by achieving results. You may currently work in: Contact Centres Customer Service Retentions Account Management Business Development Sales Support Hospitality or Retail environments with strong customer interaction Most importantly, you'll bring: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A positive, resilient, and customer-first attitude Confidence speaking with customers over the phone A desire to learn and develop commercial skills Strong organisation and attention to detail The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A proactive approach to solving problems and delivering great customer outcomes Experience using CRM systems or Microsoft Office (advantageous but not essential) Why Apply?
