We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at this much-loved bakery café brand in Southwest London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef to work within a fresh food environment, delivering high-quality brunch dishes using seasonal ingredients as part of a growing family-run business. The role could be based across either the Clapham or Wandsworth sites.

The Perks
As Sous Chef you can expect the following:
Salary of £38,000
Daytime hours only (7:30am - 4:00pm)
5 days out of 7, including weekends

The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a fresh food environment
Strong attention to detail and presentation
Confidence maintaining consistency and supporting kitchen operations
A genuine passion for flavour, fresh ingredients, and quality food
Ability to work efficiently within a busy kitchen environment
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Positive attitude with the ability to support and motivate junior chefs
Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
