g.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations and play a key role in delivering scalable, low-latency solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality backend solutions from concept to production.
• Build and enhan ce real-time, event-driven applications.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and global engineering teams.
• Break down complex projects, drive delivery, and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and performance optimisation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical road map.

Tech Stack & Requirements

Core Skills

• 7+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java (Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, RxJava).
• Experience building REST APIs & reactive Web services.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture.

Cloud & DevOps

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).

Data & Messaging

• Experience with SQL and distributed data stores (Cassandra, Hazelcast).
• Knowledge of messaging systems su ch as Kafka or Solace.

Additional Skills

• Experience bu ilding low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and system design.
• Exposure to full-stack development (React, TypeScript) is a plus.

Domain Experience (Must have)

• Financial Markets or Investment Banking.
• Derivatives or e-trading platforms.
