Project/Programme Manager (Digital / EPR Workstreams

Good Afternoon,

I am currently recruiting for an NHS organisation who are offering an initial temporary contract for a Project Manager / Programme Manager (Digital / EPR Workstreams), with the potential for extension. The rate is negotiable depending on experience.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Programme Manager to support the delivery of digital transformation and Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation programmes. This role can be based nationwide, with location and working arrangements to be confirmed.

The right candidate will:

Lead and manage digital and EPR project workstreams, ensuring delivery against agreed timescales, budgets and objectives.

*

Oversee project plans, milestones, resources, dependencies and delivery risks.

*

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including clinical, operational, technical and external stakeholders.

*

Manage programme governance, producing progress reports, highlight reports and updates for senior management.

*

Support EPR implementation, system configuration, testing, deployment and go-live activities.

*

Manage risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation.

*

Engage with clinical and operational teams to ensure digital solutions meet service requirements.

*

Drive stakeholder engagement, change management and continuous improvement throughout project delivery.

We require the following:

*

Significant experience managing digital transformation or IT projects, ideally within the NHS or healthcare sector.

*

Proven experience delivering EPR implementation projects or managing digital/EPR workstreams

*

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets, resources, risks and project dependencies

*

Experience with NHS EPR platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), CareFlow or other clinical systems would be advantageous.

*

Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM or MSP would be desirable.
