User Researcher - Government Services (End-to-End)

hedgehog lab is looking for an experienced User Researcher to join on a contract basis for government projects that impact people at scale. You'll be responsible for planning and conducting comprehensive research from discovery through usability testing, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

This role may require occasional presence in Newcastle, so applications from candidates within commuting distance are encouraged. Ideal candidates will have experience in public sector digital services and strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
