New Product Introduction Manager

We currently have the pleasure of working with one of the UK's largest electronics manufacturers who provides goods and services to leading technology organisations across the UK and Europe. They currently operate in various sectors including commercial, space, defence, transport and many more including the medtech field.

Due to their continued development and succuss they are currently seeking a New Product Induction Manager to join their leadership team. The role will be responsible for leading end to end Product Introduction process within a high mix, electronics manufacturing environment.

This role will be tasked with ensuring the seamless transition of products from design through to full scale production, driving manufacturability, quality, costs efficiency and as important on time delivery.

To be considered for this role candidates will need to have a prior history driving New Product Introduction within a manufacturing environment, having history of taking products from Design through to commercialisation.

Due to the growth of the organisation the individual will also need to be able to demonstrate prior history developing and implementing continuous improvements to help strengthen the organisations processes and systems to enable them to cope with the growth their embarking upon.

Individuals can come from an engineering, production or R&D background but must have the exposure to electronic components and preferably PCB/PCBAs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious individual who is either experienced or looking to step up into a leadership position, but can demonstrate a successful history driving improvements within a fast pace manufacturing environment.
