The school has a strong behaviour policy in place and is committed to creating a positive learning environment where students are supported both academically and pastorally. The school is looking for a resilient and proactive Pastoral Cover Supervisor to deliver pre-prepared work across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. The successful Pastoral Cover Supervisor will be expected to follow the school’s behaviour policies, manage challenging behaviour within the classroom and promote positive behaviour throughout the school environment.
