Support Worker - Learning Disabilities (Female Only) Community Support | Somerset (BA4 & DT9) We are seeking an experienced female Support Worker to join a small, person-centred learning disabilities service supporting individuals within the community across Somerset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and supporting people to live independently in their own homes and local community. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role - you must have the right to work in the UK in place to apply. Package * £14.11 per hour * Guaranteed 20 hours per week * Mainly evenings and weekends * Ongoing training and development * Small supportive team * Opportunity to grow with the service * Stable long-term role Responsibilities * Supporting adults with learning disabilities * Community access and daily living support * Assisting with personal care where required * Working to person-centred support plans * Building positive relationships * Liaising with families and professionals * Maintaining accurate records * Promoting dignity, choice and independence Requirements * Learning disabilities experience essential * Female applicants only due to service user requirements * Driver with own vehicle and business insurance * Comfortable travelling across BA4 and DT9 * Available evenings and alternate weekends * Calm, reliable and person-centred approach * Right to work in the UK This is a community-based role supporting people across BA4 and DT9.
