About the Role/team

Following our merger and recent property acquisition were looking to two additional Kitchen Installers/Fitters to join our Kitchen & Bathroom team. As part of our Direct Labour Operation (DLO), youll be responsible for completing full kitchen installations in residents homes, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
Youll work closely with residents, providing excellent customer service while delivering safe, professional, and high-quality installations. As a member of our DLO, you'll receive a fully equipped hybrid van and fuel card for business use (insurance and servicing covered).
Key Responsibilities:
Install kitchen units and worktops

Carry out plumbing to sink base units

Prepare floor and wall surfaces for installation

Complete ceramic wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling, and decorating

Ensure safe working practices and high-quality workmanship at all times

Deliver excellent customer service in residents homes

What Were Looking For
Must haves:
Relevant City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ2, or equivalent experience

Apprentice trained or extensive experience in kitchen fitting

Experience with complete kitchen installations, including units, worktops, tiling, flooring, and accessories

Strong commitment to safety and customer service

Full manual driving licence.

Nice to haves:
A proactive approach to problem-solving

Pride in delivering work that makes homes more comfortable and welcoming

Experience in social housing/local authority.

Clean driving licence.

annual salary: £ 41,327 per annum

Working Hours & Additional Pay
Hours and working pattern:

42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.
