PR Account Director - Manchester (Hybrid) - £45k-£52k

Role:
Cultivate strong client relationships, providing expert counsel on PR, social media, and communications strategies. ·
Work with the wider team to craft and deliver winning campaigns that affect real change in audience perception.
Ensure a high quality of innovative, creative work is delivered to client timescales and KPIs.
Manage, mentor, and coach a team of communications specialists for day-to-day operations and development.
Identify growth opportunities and contribute to organic and new business proposals.
Drive successful press office activity to deliver both earned media coverage and strong social results.
About you :
Several years' agency experience leading a variety of accounts, ideally including FMCG sectors.
In-depth knowledge of traditional and social media landscapes, plus influencer engagement.
Experienced in stakeholder management, press office oversight, and consumer campaigns.
Comfortable managing, motivating, and guiding teams while nurturing internal talent.
A strategic mindset that thrives on creative challenges and fast-paced environments.
