About The Role:
Our client, a London-based, design-led studio renowned for its crafted and architecturally sensitive projects, is looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join its team.

In this role, you will lead digital design initiatives across project teams, taking responsibility for the effective use of Revit and BIM. You will work closely with project teams to develop efficient workflows, establish BIM processes, and support the successful delivery of projects. You will also review models, documentation, and project information to ensure high standards of quality and compliance with established protocols.
You will have proven experience delivering design-led projects and a strong background working within an architecture-focused BIM team at a leading practice. This is a key role within the studio, offering the opportunity to shape digital design strategies, improve workflows, and support the continued development of BIM across the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM strategy across the business by promoting best practices, driving Revit implementation, developing standards, and keeping processes aligned with industry developments and digital construction requirements
- Provide technical leadership and support to project teams by advising on BIM workflows, developing BIM Execution Plans, maintaining templates and procedures, and ensuring compliance and relevant standards
- Manage BIM capability by delivering Revit training, creating learning resources, leading BIM meetings and presentations, and improving BIM knowledge across design, delivery, and business development teams
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project partners to improve information exchange, oversee model quality and collaboration, and support the effective use of Revit and other 3D design tools throughout project delivery
Key Skills/Requirements:
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in a professional practice in a similar role
- Experienced BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager
- Expert knowledge of Revit and Navisworks
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a relevant field is preferred
- Advanced experience with digital design software and plug-ins, including Rhino and Grasshopper
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
