The stellar Mental Health and Court of Protection specialist firm in the region are seeking an ambitious, experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join its much-vaunted team.
This role focuses on welfare and Section 21A matters, providing high-quality advice and representation to vulnerable individuals who lack capacity.
You will manage a busy caseload, undertake client visits, draft applications and statements and represent clients in the Court of Protection. You will ensure all work aligns with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Legal Aid requirements.
Applicants must be a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 4 years’ PQE in complex Court of Protection work, particularly welfare and Section 21A cases. Strong organisational, communication, and case management skills are essential, along with experience of Legal Aid processes. xwzovoh
