Family Solicitor - Warwickshire

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Warwickshire is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its established and well-respected family law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to handle high-quality private family matters within a supportive environment that offers clear progression, hybrid working, and a competitive salary package.

The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

• Advising clients on divorce and separation matters
• Managing financial remedy cases, including high-net-worth matters where applicable
• Handling private children matters and child arrangement disputes
• Advising on cohabitation agreements and disputes
• Drafting and advising on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Representing clients throughout negotiations and court proceedings where required
• Managing cases from instruction through to conclusion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in private family law
• Strong technical knowledge across divorce, finance, and children matters
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with appropriate supervision
• Commercially aware, empathetic, and ambitious to progress within a leading firm
