Were seeking a high-performing Field Care Manager with a strong interest in Acquired Brain Injury support . This role is ideal for someone who is organised, decisive, and motivated by making a tangible difference in peoples lives. Youll play a key role in shaping care delivery, supporting teams, and ensuring consistently outstanding outcomes for our clients.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Youll take full ownership of care packages and lead by example, ensuring services are safe, compliant, and person-centred at all times. Your key responsibilities will include:
Completing comprehensive risk assessments and developing high-quality, tailored care plans .
Providing effective supervision, coaching, and appraisals to support workers, embedding accountability and professional standards.
Monitoring and reviewing care packages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high standards in daily documentation.
Building strong, professional relationships with clients, families, staff teams, and multi-disciplinary professionals.
Managing rotas and staffing levels to ensure reliable, safe, and responsive service delivery.
Making confident decisions in fast-paced situations while maintaining quality and compliance.
