About the role
Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global financial services company to secure an International Benefits Specialist. Reporting into the Head of Benefits, you'll be part of a benefits team of 4. The business is on a transformative journey to enhance their processes, systems usage and overall benefits offering for the business. Therefore, this will not just be a business-as-usual role and instead you'll be tasked with strategic projects to help modernise their benefits function. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most inspiring benefits leaders on the market that I've had the pleasure of working with. She will be passionate about your development and help you further progress your career in employee benefits.
