Hybrid Working – 3 Days Office Based / 2 Days Remote - Hatfield
CCP are proud to be working with an innovative international business who are looking to appoint a German Customer Support Advisor to join their growing operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
The Role
You'll be a key point of contact for German and English-speaking customers, supporting a range of queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help maintain a smooth customer experience while supporting day-to-day operational activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer queries via internal systems and ticketing tools
Provide support to German and English-speaking customers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating where necessary
Support account administration and system updates
Maintain accurate records and internal documentation
Assist with reporting and tracking of key operational activity
Monitor trends and highlight recurring issues or improvements
Support testing and quality checks following system updates or changes
Work closely with internal teams across Operations, Product, and Customer Experience
Share customer insight to support service improvements
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload
Desirable:
Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
Background in technology or SaaS environments
Further education or relevant qualifications
