Deburr Operator Woking £27,000 - £32,000 + Production Bonus + Private Medical + Pension + Holidays + Free Parking Are you an experienced Deburr Operator or Precision Finishing Technician looking to work in a high-quality precision engineering environment, producing cosmetic and safety-critical components to exacting standards? This is a hands-on role within a modern machine shop, working closely with Production and Quality teams to deliver high-value components within tight tolerances and strict quality requirements. You will be responsible for high-end cosmetic and functional finishing, ensuring components meet customer-critical specifications. You will work as part of a skilled team but must be comfortable working independently, using your initiative and attention to detail to achieve consistently high standards. The Role: Hand deburring and precision finishing of CNC machined components Removal of burrs, sharp edges and machining marks to cosmetic and functional standards Use of hand and powered tools including files, stones, scrapers and grinders Preparation of components for anodising, coating, plating and assembly Reading and working from engineering drawings and job documentationThe Person Proven experience as a Deburr Operator or Precision Finishing Technician Background in high-end cosmetic and functional finishing Experience working with aluminium, stainless steel, titanium or exotic alloys Ability to work to tight tolerances without affecting critical dimensions Strong attention to detail and quality-first mindsetRise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
