EYFS Teaching Assistant – Join an Outstanding Primary School (Start: September 2026)
Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a real difference in children’s early years? An exciting opportunity has opened up to join a warm, welcoming, and Outstanding-rated Primary School in Oldbury as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
Having partnered closely with this fantastic school for over three years, we’re proud to support their continued growth—and now they’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to become a valued part of their team.
About the Role
Starting in September 2026, this is a full-time position within the school’s Pre-School setting. You’ll play a key role in supporting early learning and development, including:
Working closely with a group of key children, nurturing their progress and wellbeing
Supporting engaging, play-based learning experiences
Helping to create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
There is also strong potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

✅ What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and heart to the role:
At least 6 months’ experience in an EYFS setting
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong initiative
A kind, caring nature and genuine passion for supporting young children
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
