Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care Lead shifts and support care teams to ensure excellent standards Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records Promote dignity, choice, and wellbeing for every resident Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals Contribute to a positive, supportive, and forward-thinking team culture
Requirements Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with valid NMC pin Passion for delivering outstanding care Strong clinical skills and a proactive approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team Commitment to maintaining high standards and continuous improvement
