Job Title: Yard Operative Location: Swindon Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour Job Type: Temp to Perm  We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join a busy and growing team based in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, permanent work with training and progression opportunities. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm (when required) Duties Will Include: Assisting customers buying and selling metal Sorting cables and various metal materials in the yard Working outdoors in all weather conditions General yard duties and housekeeping Operating machinery (full training provided) Training available on forklift trucks and cranes - internal training during the assignement  The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A strong work ethic and reliable attendance Good customer service skills Willingness to learn new skills and undertake training Ability to work outdoors and carry out physical work A driving licence is preferred What We Offer: £13.45 per hour Full training provided Opportunity to gain forklift and crane experience Apply Now: If you are a serious applicant who meets the above criteria and is looking to join a successful and growing team, we want to hear from you.
