Shift Maintenance Engineer / Plant Technician – Electrical

EXPERIENCED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER WITH BASIC MECHANICAL SKILLS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN RECYCLING EQUIPMENT ACROSS 3 LOCATIONS TITLE: Shift Maintenance Engineer / Plant Technician – Electrical Bias HOURS: Panama shifts, days and nights every other weekend off. STARTING SALARY: £44,760 inc. Shift Allowance, £1,500 travel allowance, Benefits, Electrical Training, Enhanced Overtime, Salary Incease based on competency criteria. LOCATION: working across 3 sites within a 12-mile radius of Carcroft (central point) YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A: Multiskilled Electrical Engineer, Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Plant Fitter, Electrical Technician, Plant Engineer, Service Engineer YOU MAY HAVE WORKED ON LARGE PLANT EQUIPMENT IN: Plant Hire, Waste Management, Quarrying, Metal Recycling, Skip Hire, Heavy Industry, FMCG, Production ROLE: Shift Maintenance Engineer / Plant Technician – Electrical Bias You will undertake electrical and mechanical repairs to recycling equipment, conveyor systems You will take jobs and report work using the CMMS system You will work as part of a team to minimise plant downtime EXPERIENCE: Shift Maintenance Engineer / Plant Technician – Electrical Bias You will ideally be time served, and have NVQ3 or higher in a mechanical discipline You will have worked on large production equipment or capital plant equipment such as Balers, Compactors, Shredders, Crushers, Trommels, Screeners, Conveyor Systems YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A: Multiskilled Electrical Engineer, Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Plant Fitter, Electrical Technician, Plant Engineer, Service Engineer YOU MAY HAVE WORKED ON LARGE PLANT EQUIPMENT IN: Plant Hire, Waste Management, Quarrying, Metal Recycling, Skip Hire, Heavy Industry, FMCG, Production
