Real Estate Solicitor

About your new roleOur national Real Estate team provides a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property to an excellent and diverse client base.  This role is an opportunity to join an innovative and high performing, busy team in a client facing role. Our focus is on delivering a first-class client service.  We advise on a broad range of commercial property work including landlord & tenant; sales & purchases; property management; real estate finance/security; corporate real estate support and cross border real estate support. Our clients range from major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, funders, renewable energy providers and healthcare providers. We have been involved in a range of projects from multi-million-pound development finance deals to smaller bespoke ventures. Manage own caseload of Real Estate casesProvide support to other members of the teamDraft and prepare various real estate documentsLiaise with internal and external partiesSupervise and develop more junior members of staff as may be requiredEnsure that work produced is to the highest standardManage own time effectivelyComplete MI procedures as and when requiredAchieve set financial and chargeable targetsEnsure relevant deadlines, quality measures and KPIS are adhered toComply with relevant policies and proceduresWork in accordance with Weightmans’ valuesThis list is not intended to be exhaustive and you will be expected to perform other duties and have other responsibilities that fall within the wider remit of the role.About YouIdeally you will have previous experience and a genuine and demonstrable interest in the above area of work. As the role is varied, we are looking for you to have a flexible approach to the work you do and be able to adapt to different tasks.
