Job Description SF Executive are partnered with a Warwickshire based projects and service business that has turnover approaching £200m... /n We are seeking a Group Finance Director who will be accountable for the Group’s long-term financial health and growth, taking responsibility for all financial matters across all Group companies. /n Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the successful Group Finance Director will undertake the following. /n Act as a key business partner to the Group /n Manage, present and make recommendations on all financial information to the Group Board and any related businesses /n Lead improvement of the financial reporting pack, including developing financial KPIs and enhancing management information /n Provide positive leadership to their team and extend to teams across the business /n Be instrumental in helping implement new ideas across the business, ensuring that any challenges are fully investigated and understood openly and honestly /n Ensure best practice is shared across the business and projects at all levels /n Educate and upskill our colleagues on all financial aspects /n Develop internal relationships in line with the company’s visions and values /n Develop and maintain external stakeholder relationships, role modelling the company’s values /n Any other duties required to achieve the overall company and team objectives /n The Group Finance Director will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent) with experience gained in project-led environments. /n Specific sector experience is not a requirement for this role... /n You will be an influential and dynamic character who thrives in a changing, fast-paced environment. Naturally, you will have strong interpersonal, communication and commercial skills and be comfortable building relationships at all levels with ease. /n
