The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Shift Engineer to join the team at one of Londons most exclusive residential developments.
This is a unique environment where attention to detail, discretion, and service excellence are paramount. You will play a key role in maintaining a seamless living experience for residents by ensuring all building systems operate to the highest standards.
The Role
Maintain and operate high-spec mechanical and electrical systems within a luxury residential setting
Respond to maintenance requests quickly and professionally, delivering a five-star service experience
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance using CAFM and BMS systems
Monitor plant performance and proactively resolve issues
Ensure full compliance with statutory and safety requirements
Support emergency procedures and critical incidents when required
About You
Proven experience as a Shift Engineer within a high-end residential, hotel, or luxury environment
Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications (C&G Level 2/3 or equivalent)
Strong technical knowledge across M&E systems

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Working Pattern
4 on / 4 off (7am7pm), with occasional night cover
