Site Labourer - 4-Week Contract Location: Poole, Dorset Contract: Temporary - 4 weeks Start Date: November About the Role We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Site Labourers to join a project in Poole, Dorset, on an initial 4-week contract starting in November. The role would suit someone with previous site, construction, engineering, marine, manufacturing, or general labouring experience who is comfortable working with basic hand tools and carrying out practical, manual tasks. Key Responsibilities Supporting the site team with general labouring duties Moving, handling and positioning materials and equipment Assisting skilled trades and engineers with day-to-day site activities Using basic hand tools and equipment Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe Loading and unloading materials as required Following site health and safety procedures Carrying out other general site duties as required Requirements Previous site, labouring, engineering, construction or practical work experience Good basic manual and hand-tool skills Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Good attitude towards health and safety Able to follow instructions and work safely Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK is essential Previous experience in a marine, engineering or industrial environment would be advantageous but is not essential What We Offer 4-week contract Start in November Based in Poole, Dorset Competitive hourly rate Opportunity to gain further site and engineering experience Potential for further work depending on project requirements
