A highly regarded national firm is looking to strengthen its Corporate team with the addition of an experienced Corporate Knowledge Lawyer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate solicitor who enjoys the technical side of the work and is interested in legal innovation, AI and knowledge management. You'll play a key role in supporting a successful national practice while helping shape how legal services are delivered in the future.

The Role

Working closely with partners and lawyers across the Corporate group, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining precedents, templates and know-how resources
• Providing technical support and guidance on complex corporate matters
• Delivering training, legal updates and thought leadership
• Supporting the continued development of legal technology, automation and AI tools
• Identifying legal and market developments that impact clients and the wider team
• Working on knowledge and innovation projects alongside specialist teams across the firm
• Supporting business development initiatives and client-facing content

About You

You will be a qualified Corporate solicitor with strong technical expertise gained within a recognised corporate practice.

The firm is keen to speak with lawyers who enjoy the intellectual side of corporate work and are interested in knowledge sharing, innovation, legal technology and continuous improvement.

Previous knowledge or PSL experience would be welcomed, but the firm is equally interested in speaking with experienced Corporate lawyers looking to make their first move into a knowledge-focused position.
