MET Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team at their Minworth Shift Pattern Monday to Friday 5:00am – 2:00pm Pay Rate £12.71 per hour Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual with experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments to support the day-to-day running of a busy storage facility. Key Responsibilities Machine minding Assist with the loading and unloading of company delivery vehicles Carry out a variety of warehouse tasks to maintain excellent service levels Accurately count and check crates and equipment moving in and out of the warehouse Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace About You Previous warehouse or production experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working to KPIs A positive, polite, and customer-focused attitude A full UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential Ability to complete delivery and collection paperwork accurately Respectful and careful handling of company property Benefits Temp to perm opportunities Weekly pay Regular overtime opportunities Ongoing training and career development If you're looking for a stable, full-time role with great hours and opportunities to grow, apply today with MET Recruitment
